Palm Trees and Loyalties offers exchanges only. We do not offer refunds. Customers can get a different item of equal (or higher) value. If the artwork you choose is of higher value the customer pays the difference. To instigate the return of product and exchange process, follow the steps below.
Note: You have 5 calendar days to initiate return of your purchase from date of delivery. For an eligible return the item must be in the same condition in which you received it-including all original packaging. You must also have the original receipt.
We are unable to accept returns without the original packaging or receipt.

Provide your contact information and the reason for return along with an image of the original receipt in the body of your email. (Not including the original receipt in the body of the email will delay the process).
