Daily Writing and Drawing Journal

In my last post I mentioned that there is now a Palm Trees and Loyalties Daily Writing and Drawing Journal on Amazon.

I’ve been thinking about putting one together for a few years and I finally did it guys! Let me tell you, it isn’t the simplest thing to do. There is so much information on how to make KDP journals for Amazon! I weeded through and found one that I liked. As much as I’d love to tell you that I put my journal together all on my own, I can’t lie. I found a lovely video on YouTube. that helped me through the step by step process. And of course I used Canva and my original artwork for the cover.

I don’t know if any of you journal, but it has numerous benefits for writing and drawing. I journal but rarely in writing. As you know, I journal through my artwork. But I have always found that writing and drawing help me process my thoughts and emotions. Interesting fact, while doing some research I found out that journaling also improves memory. Who doesn’t need a memory boost now days? It also helps with creativity, and even reduces stress and anxiety. I knew that part already but it’s always great to see it in writing. I must’ve told you so many times, I love to draw and find it’s a real stress reliever! Another thing we all need…stress relief!

It also helps to express your feelings and ideas visually, while improving your artistic skills and focus. The act of journaling itself can provide a sense of accomplishment and self-reflection. Overall, journaling is a valuable tool for personal growth and development. But don’t just take it from me, there are so many articles about journalling. Search it up and find out why, if you don’t journal maybe, you should. If you happen to be looking for a way to relieve stress, improve memory and creativity this might be something you could give a try. But if you’d rather watch me create here’s a YouTube Short.

Have a great month. There are a few new pieces I haven’t even posted on socials yet. Spread the word and don’t say I didn’t tell you!
